I recently relocated from Colorado to Sarasota. My cute new little Villa had a master walk-in closet with 2 wire rack for clothes. There was was sooo much wasted space - not at all maximizing the area available. I contacted Tailored Living and Steven was out within a couple of days to view the area so he could propose some options. I had those drawings the next day with several proposed options and quotes for each. Since I am on a fixed income, Steven worked with me to tweek the plans to shave off some $$ and make it more affordable for me. The work was done and completed ahead of original schedule. The gentlemen who did the installation were professional, courteous and very efficient. When they left everything was cleaned up and you would never know the installation had been done that same day. Steven followed with me the very next day to ensure all was to my satisfaction. I needed an adjustment to accommodate some long dresses and he personally stopped by the next day to make the adjustments. On a scale of 1-10 I would give them a 75. As future work is needed, they will be my first call. Thank you Steven for being the consummate professional and providing the exceptional customer service that is so lacking in most of today's businesses.

We just moved into a new home and needed to upgrade the builder supplied wire hanging system as well as create a more usable pantry space.

I was impressed with Stephen's professionalism and ideas so we hired Tailored Living to do the job. So glad we did as the final results are spectacular! We love the extra space created, the quality of the workmanship was outstanding and Stephen's follow-up throughout the project was commendable.
