Todd & Juliana Carter
As the owners, Juliana and Todd Carter, we can relate to many of our clients, as we manage a hectic life balancing our career, loved ones and home! Creating an environment in your home or work space where you can have a clear mind to find what you need and function at your best is extremely important. It cultivates productive space, positive energy & peace of mind. It's an ongoing challenge for many of us, and our dedicated Tailored Living team is ready to help you face these challenges! This may include closets, home office, murphy beds, utility spaces, entryways, built-ins and more. For the garage, we transform this modern day "foyer" to truly renew your space into a PremierGarage, with PremierOne floor coatings, cabinetry, workbenches & integrated lighting, wall organizers and overhead storage - a turnkey solution! We look forward to helping you simplify your busy life and make your small spaces work for you!
Todd Carter, PremierGarage's CEO (Chief Executive Organizer) loves to live at the intersection of design, construction, and technology. A passionate entrepreneur, he enjoys helping clients achieve their goals by being more organized while growing personally and professionally alongside his colleagues.
Lauryn Holmquist has been interested in art and design since she could hold a crayon. She pursued this passion with an architecture Degree from the University of Maryland and has been working in the interior design industry since. Her goal is to become “the go-to” for both her clients and business partners by providing exceptional customer service and thoughtful designs.
Director of Business Development & Marketing
Danielle is a graduate of Virginia Tech and a mom of three young kids. Her main goal is to provide top notch customer service and support to exisiting partners as well as develop and maintain new partnerships with builders, custom home builders, remodelers, interior designers, and more.
Andy is a sales and marketing professional with an eye for graphic design and a carpentry/flooring background that allows him to design spaces with maximum function, form and style. Originally a Houston, TX native, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two beautiful young children.
Debbie is an accomplished sales professional with 25+ years in the sales and marketing field. She recently worked as a commercial manager for CertaPro Painters. When not designing organized spaces, she enjoys speding time and traveling with her family and adopted dog.
Jen Holder is a home organization design professional and has extensive experience with sales in the home organization industry, having run a closet company for 10 years in Howard County, Maryland. Prior to that, she worked in the marketing fields of both office furniture and kitchen cabinetry. She is also a certified yoga instructor and loves to spend time in her garden.
Business Operations Team
Director of Business Operations
Sharon Barr graduated from The College of William and Mary with a degree in Finance and has over 25 years of experience in accounting and financial management. Sharon loves the dynamic team atmosphere at PremierGarage and enjoys the analytical aspect of her job because each project is completely unique.
Project & Scheduling Manager
Michelle Brennan is a graduate of Denison University and manages all projects and on going scheduling. She has daily contact with clients, builders, and re-modelers to manage the logistics and coordination of projects, field measures, and pre-construction work before, during and after installs.
Juliana Carter is the COO of her family-owned business, PremierGarage, an award-winning home improvement company specializing in the design and installation of highly functional and attractive storage spaces, and flooring. She has a Bachelor’s in Economics from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, and a Masters in Learning Sciences from Northwestern University.
Juliana proudly helps serve the community as the Co-chair of the Greater Reston Chamber of Commerce’s Resourceful Women committee focused on educating, networking and community service for women in business.
Engineering & Procurement Manager
Dan is a graduate of the University of Colorado in Boulder with degrees in Journalism and Studio Art. Dan's earlier careers were in Sales, Sales Management, Logistics and Procurement. As a Production Engineer, he communicates extensively with the PremierGarage Design Team and our amazing vendors to effectively produce client's dream garage's as well as keeping all the moving parts arriving in a timely manner.
Senior Project Engineer
Kenny has 17 years of experience in cabinetry and trim work. As an installer, he worked on many of our larger and more complex projects. He has helped develop installation procedures and systems for new products as the company expanded into garage and higher- end closet systems. In his current position he helps develop and document procedures, provides training for new staff members, manages a carpentry crew of 12, reviews jobs, assists designers with field measures, helps procurement with engineering, and trouble shoots installations projects as needed.
Field Operations Team

Dylan started his career at PremierGarage as a lead carpentry and epoxy flooring installer. Dylan is great at matching his personality with each client he works with in order to provide top customer service. He also has developed excellent skills in both carpentry and flooring and works hard to perfect each job. Dylan loves working at PremierGarage because of the great people he gets to work with. He looks forward to installing and perfecting your new PremierGarage spaces!
Van has worked for PremierGarage for the past 2 years as an installer. Prior to joining the PremierGarage team, Van worked for many years doing various interior carpentry installations. Van is hardworking, detail-oriented and passionate about his carpentry job. Van loves his job at PremierGarage because he has the ability to be a leader and drive his own truck. He looks forward to installing and perfecting your new PremierGarage spaces!
Tony has worked with PremierGarage for the past year as a carpentry installer. Prior to joining the PremierGarage team, Tony worked various jobs in the carpentry field. Tony is a positive person who is easy to get along with and strives to provide excellent customer service in the field. Tony loves working at PremierGarage because of the ample amount of energy and positivity in the workplace and between the team members. He looks forward to installing and perfecting your new PremierGarage spaces!
