I used Premier Garage to install an epoxy surface in my garage (specifically the PremierOne High Performance Flake Flooring) and I had a great experience. The two technicians that worked on our garage were Isaiah and Jacob and they did a fantastic job (I definitely recommend them if you get the chance). They arrived right on time both days when they were working on our garage. On the first day, they explained the process and everything they needed to do (like filling cracks, grinding the surface, etc.). My garage floor had some pretty sizable cracks (larger than what they typically encounter), likely due to shifting that had damaged the floor. I also don’t have any expansion joints in my garage floor which definitely doesn’t help. These cracks needed to be repaired/filled first before they could start to lay down the epoxy, so they did the repairs on day one and then put the first coat of epoxy down along with the flakes at the end of day one. They tidied everything up before they left and explained that they’d be back the next day to finish the job. The next day they arrived right on time and finished by putting another coating down (a clear top coat) after cleaning up all the excess flakes from the day before. Before they left, they explained exactly how long the floor would need to cure before I walked on it or put any heavy items back into the garage. They also gave me a brief overview of what I should expect to receive regarding correspondence from the main office. There was definitely a strong smell the second day (but that was to be expected and was also explained in advance). We are very pleased with the outcome of the job, so I wanted to leave a review about my experience. Hopefully others will have a similar positive experience if you use this company for your garage flooring needs.
